QuickBooks Account Mapping

Configure which QuickBooks accounts to use for Stripe payouts. These are the default accounts used when creating journal entries.

Revenue Account (Income)

Where to credit gross revenue from Stripe charges

Stripe Fees Account (Expense)

Where to debit Stripe processing fees

Refunds Account (Optional)

Where to debit refunds. If not set, refunds will be debited from the Revenue account.

Bank Account

Where Stripe deposits the payout
