Account Mappings

These are the default accounts used when creating journal entries from Stripe payouts. You can override them when creating individual journal entries.

Where to credit gross revenue from Stripe charges

Where to debit Stripe processing fees

Where to debit refunds. If not set, refunds will be debited from the Revenue account.

Where Stripe deposits the payout

When enabled, deposits will be validated and logged but NOT sent to QuickBooks. Perfect for testing with real data.
