How to Use
File Requirements
  • Excel file (.xlsx, .xlsm, .xls)
  • Data should be in "Sheet1"
  • Payroll totals marked with "Total [Date]"
Export Options
  • Unprocessed Only: Export payrolls not yet processed
  • Month/Year: Export specific month/year
Automatic Balance Validation: The tool automatically checks that debits equal credits for each journal entry and will alert you if there are any imbalances.
