Stripe Configuration

Set up your Stripe webhook to automatically capture payment events.

Webhook Signing Secret *

Find this in your Stripe Dashboard → Developers → Webhooks → [Your Webhook] → Signing secret

Webhook Setup Instructions:

Go to your Stripe Dashboard → Webhooks
Click "Add endpoint"
Set the endpoint URL to: https://tools.witchesandweirdos.co/tools/stripe-qbo-exporter/webhook
Select these events: payment_intent.succeeded and charge.succeeded
Copy the signing secret and paste it above

Email Configuration

Configure email delivery for automatic QBO file sending.

Where to send the monthly QBO files

Auto-send monthly QBO files

Automatically email QBO files on the 1st of each month

SMTP Server

SMTP Username

SMTP Password

For Gmail, use an App Password

QuickBooks Account Mapping

Configure how Stripe transactions map to your QuickBooks accounts.

Default Account Mapping:
• Stripe Clearing Account: Where gross payments are initially recorded
• Sales Revenue: Your main income account
• Stripe Processing Fees: Expense account for Stripe fees

Custom account mapping will be available in a future update. For now, you can manually adjust account names in QuickBooks after import.
